The Challenge
What Wasn’t Working
The facility originally occupied a large, open warehouse space with high ceilings and hard surfaces, creating a very difficult acoustic environment, where announcements, music, and communication became muddled. Without careful design, players and staff would face:
- Poor speech intelligibility across courts
- Echo and sound dispersion limiting clarity
- Fragmented member experience during events/tournaments

- Music & atmosphere: A centrally integrated XM music system delivers consistent, commercial-free audio that energizes all areas without manual oversight.
