After dealing with many difficulties with our A/V system that was installed by another company, I was relieved to find CSAV and discuss my problems with Jonathan. My first project was stabilizing our livestream system that constantly froze during major events. Jonathan helped coordinate a site visit from engineers who were able to make a plan to solve the problem. They worked with my budget and we haven’t had an issue since they make their modifications. Since that went so well I asked for their help with an HDMI floor plate that kept losing it’s connection to the overhead TVs. Jonathan again helped me coordinate a site visit and it was discovered that the previous company had not even put the grounding wire in the correct place! The repair was easy and we have had no issues since then. I wish we had gone with CSAV the first time. It would have saved us a lot of time and money in the long run. They do things correctly the first time, they can work with your budget, and they know how to explain technical issues in simple language that someone not from that field can understand.
