Our Help Desk Team offers two tiers of service coverage plans for corporate offices and hospitals/healthcare facilities. We work with your business to provide a customized coverage agreement that meets your needs as well as budget.

Our Help Desk Team provides the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and support to ensure your audio/visual systems run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Unlimited On-Site Meeting Support

CSAV offers unlimited meeting support for our Help Desk Clients. When you have a meeting or event that requires the use of audiovisual systems, our team can be present to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Unlimited Help Desk Phone and Email Support

CSAV has a dedicated phone number and email for Help Desk Clients. If a client is in a room and has an immediate need or concern, they may call/email that number or address which is listed at the bottom of every operation instruction sheet.

Complete System Evaluation

Initial evaluation of all room systems allows us enough information to keep room files to assist in remote and on-site troubleshooting, parts replacements, future room upgrades and more.

Training on New Systems

When CSAV installs a new system, we want to make sure our clients are completely comfortable with the new operating system. We provide training sessions at a time most convenient for you to ensure you understand our system functions.

Operation Instruction Sheets

After initial evaluation, we gain an understanding of how each room functions. We create Operation Instructions (to be posted in every room) to guide you through utilizing the system.

Priority Response Time

System Evaluation

Once you become a Gold Member, we will visit your House of Worship for an A/V system review and documentation. Our team will create a detailed service file specific to your facility. This will provide CSAV Systems with the information needed, so that we can be readily available to understand your request and to efficiently respond to your needs.

New Technology

Our preferred members will receive new technology recommendations, reminders, and tips, relating to technology updates. You can trust in our team to be there to work together, continuing to enhance your systems.

Discounted Service Rates

CSAV Systems offers a complete custom designed audio/visual package for your facility. Within this market, we recognize that it may be difficult getting a budget passed, and we want to make that process easier for you. We appreciate you as a preferred member. Therefore, as a courtesy, CSAV offers a 10% off discount on all your service invoices.

Training Support

CSAV Systems’ professional technicians are available to train your team members on how to properly utilize sound and video equipment in your specific environment.

This can be especially valuable as staff members and/or availability may change. Our training session can help you find confidence in using and controlling your own sound and video systems.
