This client was ready and eager to upgrade their audiovisual technology in 2 very different rooms used for 2 very different purposes. Located on different floors, one room was called the Training Room and the other was named the Collaboration Room.

The Training Room’s audiovisual systems were custom-designed by our team to accommodate structured learning, onboarding, skills development, and other needed training for employees.

The Collaboration Room’s audiovisual solutions will enhance flexible discussions and brainstorming. Our team at CSAV Systems came highly referred to this client from another New Jersey bank that we had worked with in the past.

The Solution

Our team was asked to provide audiovisual solutions that would best fit the Collaboration Room and the Training Room’s purposes. We were also asked to provide video-conferencing systems that would seamlessly support hybrid meetings, as some employees explained they had a hybrid schedule.

A primary concern for this client was that they wanted reliable and user-friendly technology.

Collaboration Room

CSAV provided the Collaboration Room with five display monitors and matching wall panels. To ensure a seamless video-conferencing experience, we integrated a user-friendly touch panel that allows participants to join remote meetings with the touch of a button.

PTZ tracking cameras were installed to provide dynamic view coverage, smoothly transitioning between speakers or areas of the room without requiring manual adjustment—an ideal solution for a space designed for collaborative and active discussions.

To ensure clear and even sound distribution, ceiling-mounted speakers and microphones were strategically placed throughout the room.

Knowing that this room would be used for creative thinking and for members to work together, the technology integrated needed to be immersive and reliable.

Training Room

The Training Room features a unique and flexible layout. At first glance, it appears to be one large and long space, but hidden partition walls allow it to be divided into multiple sections. To support this functionality, CSAV Systems installed partition sensors—transmitters that automate room-combine operations.

As for the actual audiovisual solutions, our team installed four displays strategically positioned so that, even when the partitions are in use, every section has clear visibility to a monitor. Above each display, PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras were mounted to support video conferencing and recording. These cameras benefited the room with their ability to pan across the room, tilt up or down, and zoom in on specific areas allowing presenters, instructors, or participants to be captured from different angles.

This makes these cameras the perfect choice for recording sessions, streaming live training, or supporting hybrid learning environments. Next to each monitor, user-friendly touchscreen wall panels were installed for easy control of the system.

Given the room’s focus on learning, clear audio coverage was a top priority. To ensure optimal sound, our team integrated ceiling speakers along with wireless handheld and lavalier microphones for all members and participants to be heard.
